Esta posición trabaja bajo supervisión general y requiere seguir procedimientos de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente durante las operaciones diarias.\n¿Qué harás?\nEnsamblar y conectar piezas y componentes para completar unidades o subensamblajes de acuerdo con instrucciones de trabajo, dibujos de ingeniería y procedimientos establecidos.\nInspeccionar productos y realizar mediciones críticas según los requisitos definidos en los procedimientos operacionales y estándares de calidad.\nOperar herramientas manuales pequeñas, como alicates, destornilladores, martillos y llaves, manteniendo los requisitos establecidos de calidad y seguridad.\nCompletar de forma precisa la documentación requerida durante el proceso de manufactura, siguiendo las buenas prácticas de documentación.\nIdentificar, comunicar y detener procesos cuando exista una condición que pueda generar una no conformidad del producto, informando oportunamente al personal correspondiente.\nCumplir con los procedimientos aplicables de calidad, seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, incluyendo los requisitos relacionados con el manejo de desperdicios peligrosos.\nEjecutar tareas repetitivas y rotaciones entre estaciones de trabajo, siguiendo instrucciones documentadas o verbales y manteniendo los estándares establecidos para cada operación.\nParticipar en adiestramientos y actividades de seguridad y medio ambiente, reportando incidentes o desviaciones y siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos ante emergencias.\n¿Qué necesitas?\nRequerido\nDiploma de escuela superior o equivalente.\nCapacidad para leer e interpretar planos, dibujos de ingeniería e instrucciones de ensamblaje.\nConocimientos básicos de matemáticas, lectura y escritura.\nConocimientos básicos de computadoras.\nCapacidad para operar herramientas manuales pequeñas utilizadas en procesos de ensamblaje.\nPreferid o\nExperiencia previa en ensamblaje o manufactura.\n Puerto Rico: 10,77 USD Hourly\nTravel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
