You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, R&D, and operations, while gaining meaningful people leadership experience and visibility within one of Stryker’s most legacy businesses.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nOwn downstream commercialization for the Orthopedic Disposables (ORDs) portfolio, including cutting accessories, ProCare services, robotic/manual blades, cement, detergents, and tourniquet cuffs\nDevelop and execute pricing strategies and commercial “offenses” to drive portfolio growth and counter third-party competitors\nPartner closely with Sales to position disposables as premium, value-driven solutions that accelerate capital adoption\nLead the development of sales education, messaging, and training materials to improve field confidence and consistency\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Upstream Marketing, R&D, MedEd, Sales Enablement, and MarCom to align product strategy and execution\nServe as the primary marketing interface for robotic blade solutions, coordinating closely with Mako and capital teams\nDesign and execute ASC-specific programs that differentiate Stryker’s disposable offerings\nManage and develop a Marketing Associate, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance feedback\nMonitor portfolio performance, market dynamics, and field feedback to identify opportunities and risks\nTake ownership of portfolio planning activities including annual marketing planning, forecasting support, and executive updates\nWHAT YOU NEED\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree\n6+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial function\nDemonstrated experience owning or supporting product portfolios in a cross-functional environment\nPreferred\nMedical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience\nDownstream marketing, product marketing, or commercial strategy experience\nPricing strategy or program development experience\nPrior people leadership or strong informal leadership experience\nExperience supporting ASC and hospital-based commercial strategies\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\nUSN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual\nView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.\nTravel Percentage: 20%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
