and contractual preparation within the limits of in house guidelines and up to contract conclusion \nAssess the dealers’ performance for the region and evaluate it on a regular basis \nImplement successful product introductions in the region as defined by the EEMEA marketing team strategy \nCoordinate the distribution and logistics of products with the support of other teams within Stryker Russia and Kazakhstan \nRegular reporting to Senior Business Development Managers and National Sales Manager on the evolution of the sales and adaptation to the circumstances of the market. \nContinually research & update the knowledge of our product portfolio and product features as well as the understanding of the business and the market complexities in which we operate \nPlan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget \nWhat you need\nRequired\n3+ years of professional experience in a similar role\nEnglish proficiency (B2 level)\nKnowledge of the medical device industry and relevant regulations\nUniversity degree, diploma, or equivalent experience\nValid driver's license\nPreferred\nExeperience in similar field would be a plus (Sports Medicine/Endoscopy)\nCommercial acumen and business experience\nTravel Percentage:
