The Associate Manager, Business Facing HR provides HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes by executing the business unit HR strategy. The successful candidate possesses a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with managers and/or HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nHuman Resources Expertise\nServes as subject-matter expert to managers\nApplies policies and procedures across organization; assists in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable application\nApplies compliance knowledge to mitigate risk\nImplements solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practices\nRelationship Management\nEffectively builds strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group\nWill maintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities\nBusiness Acumen\nProvides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions\nUses knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions\nDemonstrates working knowledge of the labor market and its relation to organizational success\nConsultation\nPartners with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; supports managers on HR projects\nCoaches managers on HR and business-related issues\nExecutes programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture\nDelivers solutions that address issues of retention, change management and employee engagement, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate\nExecutes consistent HR services for the operating entity\nHR Insights\nAnalyzes and presents data to managers and recommends solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy\nAnalyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders\nEducation & Special Trainings:\nB.A. or B.S from accredited university\nQualifications & Experience:\n6+ years of work experience required - previous HR experience and demonstrated experience interacting with COE's and business leaders is required\n6+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience preferred\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters\nStrong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills\nDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence different groups\nDemonstrated execution ability\nCapability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization\nDemonstrated conflict resolution skills\nStrong situational assessment and objective evaluation skills\nAdvanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nPhysical & Mental Requirements:\nMust be able to:\nExercise independent judgment with strong attention to detail\nAnalyze, understand and communicate complicated issues to Managers and Employees to ensure understanding\nDevelop solutions based on best practices and customer feedback\nSolicit input from managers and exercise independent judgment in providing recommendations to the business\nEffectively facilitate discussions with and deliver communications to large groups of people\nCommunicate telephonically and via email and other electronic means\nAbility to effectively navigate Workday and Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities\nIreland Pay Ranges:\n Ireland: €62,000 - €105,000 EUR Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
