You will be accountable for building and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement by leading the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, daily performance management practices, structured problem-solving methodologies, and employee engagement initiatives to drive operational excellence and workforce effectiveness.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and develop cleanroom production teams through direct management of supervisors and operational leaders to achieve performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development.\nDrive operational excellence by implementing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, visual management systems, and daily performance routines.\nMonitor and improve key manufacturing metrics, ensuring production plans and customer delivery requirements are consistently achieved.\nBuild workforce capability through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development activities.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements, while actively promoting a culture of risk identification and issue resolution.\nManage staffing and workforce planning activities to align employee availability with production schedules and business needs.\nOversee process controls, documentation, equipment maintenance coordination, and final product acceptance activities to support operational effectiveness.\nLead problem-solving initiatives, coordinate improvement projects, and support process validation activities through data collection, analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nHigher education diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or production operations management.\nMinimum 2 years of experience leading people within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.\nExperience in cleanroom operations, medical device manufacturing, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.\nCommunicative proficiency in Polish.\nCommunicative proficiency in English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nGreat communication and interpersonal skills· \nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.\nCommunicative proficiency in German or French.\nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland, Skawina: 150.700 - 251.200 PLN gross annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
