You'll partner closely with stakeholders, influence priorities, and help modernize how data and analytics are used to solve problems and accelerate performance.\n**The preferred candidate will be based in either the Mountain or Central Time Zone**\nWhat You Will Do\nLead delivery of analytics initiatives by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across a portfolio of projects.\nDevelop and deliver analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that support business decision-making.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and shape analytics solutions and delivery plans that meet business needs and drive adoption.\nPartner with business leaders to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve prioritization or resource challenges.\nCoach, develop, and support a team of analytics professionals through onboarding, performance management, and career development.\nReview analytics solutions, validate assumptions, and provide technical guidance to improve solution quality and consistency.\nIdentify and deploy opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, self-service analytics, modern analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree.\nMinimum 6 years of professional experience, including significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.\nMinimum 1 year of people leadership, team leadership, project leadership, or formal coaching experience.\nDemonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and leading teams through change.\nExperience delivering analytics solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.\nExperience using business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.\nExperience developing and troubleshooting data models, including relationships, measures, and semantic models, to support analytics and reporting solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree.\nExperience with analytics automation, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, GitHub Copilot, Databricks, Python, DAX, and M.\nExperience supporting multiple business functions or stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\nUSN: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual\nUS5: $123,900 - $206,500 USD Annual\nUS10: $129,800 - $216,400 USD Annual\nUS15: $135,700 - $226,200 USD Annual\nUS20: $141,600 - $236,000 USD Annual\nUS30: $153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual\nView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
