You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant facility that supports manufacturing operations. \nWhat will you do\nLead the planning, operation, and maintenance of facility infrastructure systems, including HVAC, building automation, lighting, roofing, fire protection, and utilities.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational continuity.\nAnalyze facility infrastructure performance, identify deficiencies or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions and improvement plans.\nManage facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and new facility planning activities, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule requirements.\nPartner with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure facility designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.\nOversee site support services including security, janitorial, transportation, and cafeteria operations to meet business and operational requirements.\nLead, coach, and develop facilities coordinators and technicians by assigning priorities, monitoring execution, and supporting technical growth.\nPrepare and presentfacility performance, compliance, project, and costreportstoleadership, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and infrastructureassessments \nWhat you need:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience managing facilities, infrastructure, building systems, or engineering operations in a manufacturing environment.\nMinimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams, contractors, or facility personnel.\nExperience with building systems including HVAC, fire protection, building automation, and utility infrastructure.\nProficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project.\nKnowledge of building codes, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nEnglish language proficiency sufficient for professional communication and technical documentation.
