Through utilization of the Business Planning & Consolidation platform, the team will drive standardization and gain efficiencies through repeatable processes.\nThe ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding of financial planning & reporting processes, coupled with the ability and desire to provide “hands-on” experience as this role will be developing and documenting the detailed procedures necessary to conduct standardized financial planning and reporting processes.\nThis hybrid role is based out of our Flower Mound, TX location.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible for all COE Reporting Team led planning & reporting processes for the commercial divisions\nPartner with divisional and business unit finance teams regarding month end reporting and projections\nContinuously improve processes to ensure both efficiency and effectiveness\nInterpret and analyze data accurately and efficiently in a consumable way for decision making.\nEstablish and document standardized financial planning & reporting processes\nMeet or exceed commitments in alignment with service level agreements\nEnforce governance principles to ensure continued data integrity\nValidation and reconciliation of financial information across multiple financial reporting systems\nWhat You Need\nRequired:\nBachelor's Degree \nMinimum 6 years relevant experience\nExperience developing and implementing financial planning and reporting processes.\nDemonstrated ability to establish working relationships and collaborate with business leaders across multiple functional areas.\nExperience coordinating activities and initiatives across geographically dispersed teams and matrixed organizations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills \nProficiency with Excel and multi-dimensional data models\nPreferred:\nExperience with SAP BPC or Anaplan\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
