Establish and prioritize production schedules based on product requirements, equipment capacity, material availability, and staffing needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and company standards.\nComply with all applicable regulatory and quality requirements.\nStop further processing and escalate issues when non-conforming product conditions are identified.\nDevelop, coordinate, and implement production schedules, activities, and processes to meet operational goals and regulatory requirements.\nPrioritize production activities based on product demand, equipment utilization, material availability, and workforce capacity.\nTrain, coach, and support team members to ensure performance expectations and compliance requirements are met.\nPrepare and communicate production updates, metrics, and reports to leadership and key stakeholders.\nEnsure team members understand and comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and EHS Management System (EHSMS) requirements.\nVerify associates receive the training necessary to safely and effectively perform their responsibilities in accordance with EHS standards.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nLead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of 25+ non-exempt employees.\nEvaluate employee performance against established goals and performance standards.\nCoach, develop, and mentor direct reports to support individual and team success.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and address performance or corrective action matters as needed.\nRequired -\nBachelors degree and 2+ years of post-graduate manufacturing experience or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree\nPrior leadership experience leading hourly teams\nBasic computer experience\nPreferred -\nPrior experience in manufacturing industry\n$77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
