You’ll work at the intersection of innovation, technical excellence, and stakeholder collaboration - leading the team to ensure we deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.\nWhat you will do:\nLead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle and assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.\nResponsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.\nLead New Product, Process and Technology implementation initiatives into our manufacturing environment while tightly managing project spend on capital & expense budgets.\nDefine and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule. Ownership for managing and reporting project progress.\nActively manage stakeholder relationships and communication, working closely with the New Product Development teams, Global Marketing, and Manufacturing Operations to drive successful project implementation.\nActively engage with Manufacturing Operations partners to evaluate and implement process manufacturing requirements, including equipment selection, site layouts, validations, training and quality assurance.\nAssign team responsibilities, support performance reviews, and inspire team success.\nResponsible for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader AO team on common NPI issues, mitigations and resolutions.\nDrive a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement within the team.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications (Required):\n2 years of project management or engineering experience (ideally in a regulated industry).\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills - you're a natural collaborator and influencer.\nSolid technical foundation, with experience in process validation, risk management, and project scheduling tools.\nA growth mindset, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.\nPreferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)\nPMP certification (or strong interest in achieving it).\nDemonstrated Leadership, Project Management and Engineering experience in New Product Introduction in a regulated environment.\nIreland Pay Ranges:\n Ireland: €44,000 - €74,000 EUR Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
