Associate Sales Education Manager, Field Training
As an Associate Sales Education Manager, Field Training, you will support the development and delivery of sales education programs that prepare sales and clinical teams to effectively understand, utilize, and communicate complex products and procedures. This role combines training facilitation, program coordination, content support, participant evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure consistent learning experiences across the organization. You will work closely with sales, marketing, healthcare professionals, and subject matter experts to execute educational programs that align with business objectives.
This role is based at our Flower Mound, TX facility. During the first year, travel may be up to 50% for training in Arizona, New Jersey, or Florida. Travel is expected to decrease to approximately 20% in the second year.
What will you do:
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs on products, procedures, and sales processes.
Coordinate training program logistics, including course preparation, participant communications, prerequisite verification, and event execution.
Develop and deliver educational content in partnership with sales education, marketing, and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to support the creation and delivery of training materials.
Evaluate participant performance using established assessment methods and document training outcomes.
Analyze participant and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in educational programs.
Manage program reporting, expense tracking, and administrative documentation to support training operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with sales, marketing, and business priorities.
What you need:
Required
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of professional work experience
Experience in the medical device industry
Preferred
Experience in Joint Replacement or Robotics
2+ years of experience in sales or technical training experience
Demonstrated expertise in relevant products, disease states, human anatomy, and biomechanics.
Experience in Mako Robotics
Experience in group facilitation, adult learning methodologies, or presentation skills
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
