This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.\nAbout the Business:\nSurgical Technologies (ST) \nOur Surgical Technologies portfolio includes operating room equipment, visualization systems, and safety-focused technologies that support efficiency and improve outcomes. \nST Product Portfolio: Stryker | Surgical Technologies\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.\nPrepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.\nProvide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.\nManage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.\nTrack sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.\nPartner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.\nParticipate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMinimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.\nExperience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.\nExposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.\nExperience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Stryker, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team focused on making an impact for our customers and patients.
