In this role, you will lead project activities and develop engineering talent while ensuring project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead engineers responsible for the introduction of new products and technologies across multiple projects.\nManage assigned project elements, including scope, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and resource planning.\nDrive talent attraction, development, retention, engagement, and ongoing professional growth within the team.\nResolve technical, business, and personnel-related challenges to support successful project execution.\nLead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.\nProvide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional partners.\nSupport customer-focused activities, including Voice of Customer initiatives and customer-centric design efforts.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, design controls, procedures, and project documentation standards.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum 6 years of applicable professional experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect people management experience.\nExperience leading projects involving new product or technology introduction.\nDemonstrated technical expertise within an engineering or functional discipline.\nExperience managing project timelines, quality requirements, budgets, and resources.\nKnowledge of healthcare markets and competitors.\nExperience executing talent management and performance management strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver programs or business objectives on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.\nIreland Pay Ranges:\n Ireland: €66,000 - €109,000 EUR Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
