This role offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated cleanroom environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead daily cleanroom packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.\nDevelop and manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates through performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning activities.\nDrive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, service, labor efficiency, and inventory performance.\nEnsure compliance with cleanroom standards, contamination control requirements, product traceability processes, and quality system procedures.\nDirect production execution, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and equipment readiness to support business and customer demands.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve process performance, and increase operational efficiency.\nOversee investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, audit readiness activities, and resolution of quality or compliance findings.\nPartner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Environmental Health & Safety, and Human Resources teams to deliver strategic objectives and support future growth plans.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 7 years of manufacturing or packaging experience.\nMinimum 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, or large manufacturing teams.\nExperience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience managing performance through key performance indicators and structured management systems.\nFluent English language proficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.\nKnowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements.\nExperience establishing, expanding, or optimizing cleanroom operations.\nExperience with manufacturing automation, digital manufacturing, or packaging technologies.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\nGerman or French language proficiency\nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland, Skawina: 192.400 - 320.600 PLN Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
