opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.\nWhat You'll Do\nMonitor, maintain and improve data quality across multiple business databases and systems.\nIdentify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, inaccuracies and integrity issues.\nConduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data remains accurate and up to date.\nAnalyse trends and report on data quality metrics and findings.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure data standards and governance requirements are met.\nSupport the deployment and maintenance of business-critical data used throughout the organisation.\nRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.\nAssist with data cleansing, validation and migration activities as required.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\nExperience working in a data analyst, data quality or similar role.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain data issues to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nPreferred\nExperience with data quality management frameworks or data governance practices.\nKnowledge of SQL, databases and reporting tools such as Power BI.\nExperience within healthcare, insurance, rehabilitation or professional services environments.\nRelevant
