We're looking to triple the business, and we're hiring a Full-Stack Developer to build the client portal and the AI systems that run fulfillment.\nWe're looking for a developer who has personally owned a production web app - deploys, live debugging, security basics - and who builds with AI agents daily. The right person will ship end to end in TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, own the integrations that power lead tracking and attribution, and document their work as they go. This role reports directly to the Director of Automations/AI.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and ship features in the client portal (Next.js App Router, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) - lead tracking, call attribution, and client reporting that our team and clients use every day.\n\nTake Stryker AI-native: build the software factories, data factories, second brains, and agents that run fulfillment, so agents handle the boilerplate and the team does the high-leverage work.\n\nOwn integrations end to end - Google Ads, Twilio, Zapier, and our public API - including the edge cases, retries, and failure modes.\n\nOwn production: deploys, schema migrations, monitoring, and incident write-ups.\n\nDesign the schema, build the UI, and take it to production yourself - small, verified changes over big rewrites.\n\nDocument as you go: change logs, handoffs, and incident reports that let the next person pick it up without a meeting.\n\nWork self-directed in a remote, async environment, communicating progress and blockers before they become surprises.\n\nResults\nFeatures shipped end to end - schema to UI to production - on a consistent, predictable cadence.\n\nLead tracking and call attribution that the team trusts enough to make ad-spend decisions on.\n\nIntegrations and production systems that stay up, with clean incident write-ups when they don't.\n\nAgent systems and internal tooling that measurably remove manual work from fulfillment.\n\nRequirements\nStrong TypeScript and React (Next.js App Router).\n\nSolid SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema migrations.\n\nHas owned a production web app: deploys, live debugging, and security basics.\n\nVery comfortable with AI and agentic development - builds and ships with agents daily, not just autocomplete.\n\nDocuments as they go: change logs, handoffs, and incident reports.\n\nBias to ship: small, verified changes over big rewrites.\n\nSelf-directed in a remote, async environment.\n\nOur Stack\nTypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind, PostgreSQL (Supabase), Drizzle ORM, Vercel, Clerk, Twilio, Google Ads API, Zapier, GitHub, Slack, Claude Code / AI coding agents\nLocation: Remote\nHours: 9-5 EST (flexible)\nSalary: $48,000/year\nOur Core Values\nCompetitive Greatness\nWe show up strongest when it matters most.
