Now we're building out the Google Ads team, and you'd be one of the first account managers on it.\nYou report directly to our Director of Paid Media, who has 20+ years in the seat. You own your book of accounts end to end: strategy, budgets, creative, and the client relationship. You're on the calls. You're presenting the numbers. You're the reason they renew.\nWe don't care where you learned this or how long you've been doing it. We care that you can show us accounts you took over and made better. If you can point at spend you managed and calls you drove for real businesses with trucks on the road, we want to talk.\nThis role is fully remote.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Google Ads Account Manager at Stryker Digital, you’ll be the strategic and tactical lead for paid search campaigns across our home service clients. You’ll own and manage a portfolio of accounts, working directly with business owners to launch, scale, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.\nThis is not just another ad buyer role. You’ll be at the frontline of client relationships, from onboarding to weekly optimizations to monthly performance reviews. You’ll write compelling copy, manage ad budgets, oversee creative direction, and ensure our campaigns are profitable-fast.\nWith the Google Ads department in its early stages, this is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we scale one of the most critical parts of our business.\nResponsibilities\nClient Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, communicating via Slack, video, and email.\n\nGoogle Ads Execution: Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, LSA).\n\nOnboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams to launch campaigns fast.\n\nPerformance Reviews: Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through performance, discuss strategy, and upsell when appropriate.\n\nReporting & Analysis: Present data in a way that highlights business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.\n\nCollaboration: Coordinate with internal landing page designers, conversion tracking specialists, and leadership team.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ Years of Experience: Google Ads experience required, preferably working with local service businesses or inside a digital agency.\n\nClient-Facing Skills: You’ve led strategy calls, handled objections, and built real relationships.\n\nPerformance Obsessed: You know how to stretch a budget, drive conversions, and scale what works.\n\nDetail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple accounts without dropping a ball-and your Slack messages and reports are polished.\n\nGrowth-Minded: You’re looking to take ownership, grow with a high-performing team, and make your mark in a fast-scaling department.\n\nBonus Skills: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, and Slack is a major plus.\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nCompensation: $70,000 - $80,000 USD/year (based on experience)\nWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST\nLocation: Remote\nBenefits:\nMonthly tax-free healthcare stipend for marketplace coverage\n\nMacBook provided\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nOur Core Values\nCompetitive Greatness\nWe show up strongest when it matters most.
