Partner across IT to ensure delivery, holding teams accountable through clear agreed targets, transparent reporting, and continuous delivery improvements.
Own delivery of the IT strategy and performance, and lead/divisionally manage BAs and business partners to execute priorities with speed and quality.
Collaborate with Application Development leadership and the broader IT organization to remove constraints, balance capacity, and reduce/optimize divisional technology debt.
Lead critical programs and transformations, providing decisive governance, stakeholder management, and escalation leadership to protect delivery and value.
