Field Service Engineer

Due to an internal move, we're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our high-performing team in Auckland.

This is an opportunity to work alongside some of Stryker's most experienced service professionals, supporting a diverse portfolio of innovative medical technology across Auckland and the wider New Zealand market. You'll play a key role in keeping critical equipment running smoothly so healthcare professionals can focus on what matters most: patient care.

What you'll bring

You might already be a Field Service Engineer, or perhaps you've worked in a trade, automotive, manufacturing, defence, aviation, marine, electrical, or mechanical environment. Maybe you're the person everyone calls when something needs fixing, or you've spent years restoring cars, maintaining vessels, servicing aircraft, working on machinery, or solving technical problems.

We're less focused on where you've worked and more interested in your attitude and aptitude. What matters most is that you're hands-on, technically minded, curious, and enjoy finding solutions.

You'll also bring:

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
• Confidence working with tools, equipment, and technology
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support your teammates
• A current driver's licence
