The Process Excellence Lead acts as the main point of contact/liaison to the business for process improvements and is the subject matter expert in operational excellence. The Process Excellence Lead will play a key role in the execution of process management and process maturity, improving the way that HR creates and delivers value to our employees. The role will report to the HR Process Excellence Senior Manager.\nWhat you will do:\nWorks closely with HR teams to identify process gaps, role clarity issues, and process inefficiencies.\nCommunicate with the business to identify, and prioritize, process needs and pain points.\nWork with the HR Project Management Office to align projects with business objectives and standards.\nWork with the Process Excellence Sr. Manager to identify potential impacts of process changes on the business to inform change management & communications efforts.\nScope, lead, and manage problem solving workshops and leverage problem solving techniques to identify root cause and assess opportunities to improve processes for the global HR function. \nSelect and analyze project measures including the creation of process measures as needed.\nSupport the assessment and selection of technology as needed.\nDevelop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\nPartner with the business to implement and operationalize new processes or changes to current processes.\nPrepare deliverables and manage handoff to the business, providing additional support as needed.\nTrack, calculate, and capture the value of process improvements.\nSupport the creation of Lean education materials and deliver Lean training.\nRequires critical thinking and independent judgement while leading projects.\nWhat you will need:\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree, or relevant experience, in an engineering, logistics, or technical discipline from an accredited university.\n2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or other role-related experience.\nLean experience through course curriculum, certification, or practical application of Lean methodology.\nStrong track record of accomplishments, with the ability to clearly articulate achievements and impact.\nExperience with virtual collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, or Whiteboard.\nAbility to travel up to 20%.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject management skills and/or Kaizen event experience, from initiation through full implementation.\nExperience with training development and delivery.\nExperience with Workday and ServiceNow.\nAdditional Information:\nPlease note, that this is a fixed-term assignment through December 31, 2027.\nThis role can be based across EMEA or in the US.
