you will support strategic initiatives and transformation projects that have a direct impact on our organization.\nExamples of the projects and activities you may be involved in include:\nSupport strategic HR projects and transformation initiatives across Southern Europe.\nHelp organize, coordinate and track key projects and action plans.\nWork with data and insights to support better business and people decisions.\nExplore innovative solutions, including AI and digital tools, to improve how HR creates value for the business.\nSupport the redesign and simplification of HR processes to & business analytics, engineering. \nOr any degree that combines analytical thinking with a strong interest in organizations, people and business challenges.\nMost importantly, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:\nIntellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to learn. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. \nComfort working with data, technology and digital tools. \nExcellent organization and project management skills. \nA proactive and ownership-driven mindset. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills. \nConfidence collaborating in an international and multicultural environment\nRequirements\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.\nEligible to complete an internship agreement with a Spanish university. \nFluent Spanish and advanced English (C1 level or equivalent). \nInterest in data analysis, technology and business transformation. \nThe profile we would love to meet\nSomeone who enjoys asking questions.\nSomeone who
