analysis and HR processes.\nSupporting the on-boarding of new employees\nContributing to HR projects such as engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions\nKey Competencies\nProven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines\nMust be outcome driven and taking responsibility/accountability for tasks\nAbility to produce quality work while, prioritizing multiple simultaneous deliverables and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment\nStrong attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal skills along with presentation, written and verbal communication skills are necessary\nRequirements\nEnrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree, or master’s degree program.\nPreferable field of studies: Human Resources, Business, General Management, Communication, or relevant field.\nGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).\nProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nNOTE:
