This is an exciting opportunity to develop your procurement expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly support operational performance.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute purchasing activities for indirect categories, including maintenance, repair and operations supplies, facility materials, tooling, safety equipment, and general services.\nSupport sourcing projects by preparing and managing requests for quotation, conducting supplier evaluations, and participating in negotiations.\nManage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, delivery performance, and compliance with business requirements.\nCoordinate supplier onboarding activities and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, define purchasing requirements, and prioritize procurement activities.\nMonitor supplier performance and support corrective actions to address service or delivery issues.\nTrack procurement metrics and contribute to cost management initiatives that support operational objectives.\nIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and procurement effectiveness.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nKnowledge of procurement processes and supplier management practices.\nExperience using SAP, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement systems.\nExperience in a manufacturing or other fast-paced operational environment.\nExperience within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\n Poland, Skawina: zł102.000 - zł170.100 PLN Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
