invoice check on Edicom portal\nInvoicing order entry on Internal tools\nCollaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration\nSupport activities in the external portal (Edicom) to manage EDI order flow\nEducation\nRequires a high school diploma or equivalent\nCommercial education as industry or office merchant or any equivalent desirable.\nIntermediate communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).\nExperience\nDesirable:\nComputer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills (knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus)\nExperience in Customer Service or IT roles is a plus\nCompetencies & Behaviors\nFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong internal drive
