Your Mission
Join Stryker's R&D Lifecycle Management team and contribute to projects that help improve how critical product information is managed across the organization. As part of this MedTech internship, you will support digital transformation initiatives, work with modern analytics tools, and helpoptimizebusiness processes that support product quality and compliance.
From your first day, you will take ownership of meaningful projects, collaborate with specialists across multiple functions, and gain practical experience in data analytics, automation, and process improvement. What You'll Do
Support the migration and improvement of product lifecycle data within modern digital systems.
Create andmaintaindocumentation, standards, and best practices for data management processes.
Build reports and dashboards usingExcel,Excel Macros, andPower BI to generate business insights.
Identifyopportunities for process optimization and support automation initiatives usingPower Automate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
You are currently pursuing aBachelor'sorMaster's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Good knowledge ofExcel and an interest in data analytics and process improvement.
Initial experience withPower BI,Excel Macros, or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, orpreviousinternships.
Interest in Power Automate, automation concepts, or digital transformation initiatives.
Good English language skills (minimum B2), good German language skills(minimum B2) are a plus
