delivering secure, compliant, and innovative finance solutions across global enterprise environments.\nWhat you will do:\nLead global finance application development initiatives, serving as the primary build lead for strategic transformation programs.\nDrive solution architecture, technology strategy, and design decisions across finance platforms, integrations, and enterprise applications.\nPartner with business and finance stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.\nOwn end-to-end project delivery, from planning and design through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nProvide technical leadership and governance for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with security, audit, data governance, and operational excellence standards across all finance technology solutions.\nCollaborate with ERP, middleware, testing, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive successful execution.\nAct as a trusted advisor to leadership, identifying modernization opportunities, mitigating risks, and guiding finance technology investment decisions.\nWhat you will need:\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred), with 5-8 years of software design, development, and deployment experience, including 5+ years delivering enterprise Finance and Accounting solutions with a proven track record of driving business transformation.\nRelevant certifications such as:SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Workiva, or Hyperion certifications./ PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications, preferred./ ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT Service Management certifications, preferred.\nExtensive expertise in Finance Applications including BlackLine, Hyperion, Workiva, AP Automation, and enterprise financial systems, with a strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, Financial Close, Fixed Assets, and Reporting.\nProven experience as a Solution Architect/Technical Lead delivering large-scale finance transformation programs and driving enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, and enterprise integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and data architectures.\nDemonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments, influencing stakeholders, managing implementation partners, and driving successful project delivery.\nExpertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, governance, security, SOX compliance, audit controls, and application lifecycle management to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.\nStrategic thinker with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of driving architecture decisions, process optimization, automation, and continuous business improvement.\nTravel Percentage:
