This is an exciting opportunity to combine operational expertise, engineering methods and digital logistics capabilities to create scalable solutions that support business growth.\n\n Venlo, 5911 GD, NL\n\n Work flexibility: Hybrid\n\n Employee type: Full Time\n\n Job category: Supply Chain\n\n Travel: 10%\n\n Relocation: No\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n Analyse logistics and operational performance to identify bottlenecks, waste, quality risks and service constraints, driving improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy and process stability.\n\n Conduct process observations, time studies, flow analysis and root cause investigations to improve safety, ergonomics, right-first-time execution and operational efficiency.\n\n Create and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, process maps, training materials and control plans aligned with quality and environmental standards.\n\n Support new product launches, service introductions and system changes through impact assessments, testing, training, implementation support and post-launch stabilisation.\n\n Develop capacity, labour, storage, space utilisation and throughput models to support operational planning, business growth and investment decisions.\n\n Build dashboards and performance reporting using operational data to enable data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.\n\n Lead improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, delivering measurable benefits in quality, service, cost, safety and process performance.\n\n Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process, automation, material flow and technology improvements while coaching operational teams in structured problem solving and standard work practices.\n\nWhat You Will Need\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.\n\n Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, manufacturing engineering, process improvement, distribution, supply chain or operations within a complex operational environment.\n\n Experience using enterprise systems such as ERP, warehouse management systems or transportation management systems.\n\n Experience using data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and business intelligence platforms.\n\n Fluency in English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or Operations.\n\n Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent structured problem-solving certification; Black Belt certification preferred.\n\n Experience within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences.\n\n Experience supporting automation, warehouse technology, material handling equipment, robotics or digital logistics projects.\n\nAt Stryker, we are looking for determined, energetic professionals who are passionate about improving operational performance through engineering, data and continuous improvement.
