You will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes through our innovative products and solutions. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision post training.\nWhat you will be doing:\nProvide case coverage as MPS (Mako Product Specialist) and standby as Clinical Specialist for conventional joint replacement cases.\nProvide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support.\nPre-operative CT scans planning and CT segmentation.\nSupport operational process including not limiting to case booking, documentations, reporting, billing & consignment counts, etc.\nSupport training and sales /marketing activities as needed.\nProvide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker’s quality system.\nCollaborate with sales & clinical team to deliver high standard of service & quality care to patients.\nMust be able to support On-call duty based on team roster.\nSupport in case date collection in SalesForce.com\nMust pass Joint Replacement & MAKO examinations within probation.\n Who are we looking for:\nPreferably a minimum of +1 year prior experience in a sales and/or technical capacity (medical, pharma or healthcare industry).\nFresh graduate are encourage to apply.\nExcellent Microsoft Office skills i.e Excel.\nPrior operating theatre experience will be highly advantaged.\nTechnical Diploma or Degree preferable related to Medical or Engineering fields.\nAble to communicate in English, written and spoken\nCurrently matriculated at an accredited university as undergraduate majoring in related discipline in biomedical science or biomedical engineering are welcome to apply.\nGood interpersonal skills and pleasant personality\nStrong focus on excellent customer service\nStrong desire to acquire medical and product knowledge and a drive to succeed\nStrong problem solving skills\nTravel Percentage:
