In this role, you will partner closely with operations, quality, and engineering to influence strategic decisions and support continuous improvement.\nThis is a hybrid role based out of our Kalamazoo, MI location, with the expectation that this individual will work in the office 3-4 days per week.\nWhat you will do\nReview and analyze financial statements and reports supporting monthly and quarterly reporting, tax reporting, and other internal and external reporting requirements.\nAnalyze monthly operating performance and profit projections, identifying key trends and developing action plans to improve financial results.\nPartner closely with Operations and Commercial leaders on KPI performance, strategic decision-making, and overall business objectives.\nProvide financial leadership and direction as a key member of the Finance team, supporting business strategy and company initiatives.\nEnsure consistent and accurate application of Corporate and Division cost accounting policies, principles, and procedures.\nEvaluate finance and accounting system requirements and identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.\nChampion key company initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, corporate, and HR policies and procedures.\nLead and develop team members through hiring, coaching, performance management, technical support, scheduling, and employee development while fostering a collaborative partnership with Operations and Commercial teams.\nWhat you need\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree (accounting or finance preferred)\nMinimum 8 years of relevant professional experience \nPreferred:\nPeople management experience \nCost Accounting experience \nCPA or MBA \nPrior work experience in a manufacturing environment\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n USN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
