efficiency, and team performance.\n\nMobile Solutions & Delivery\nProvide technical leadership for iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications.\n\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.\n\nPartner with Product, Quality, Support, and R&D teams to deliver reliable customer-facing solutions.\n\nDrive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and DevOps best practices.\n\nBalance strategic product development with operational support responsibilities.\n\nAI & Innovation\nChampion AI-assisted and agentic software development practices to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.\n\nPromote responsible AI adoption through governance and engineering best practices.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n14+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.\n\nExperience leading mobile development teams through the full software development lifecycle.\n\nStrong knowledge of iOS and Android development, architecture, and deployment practices.\n\nExperience with cloud-connected applications, APIs, and modern software architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and quality engineering.\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, or .NET MAUI.\n\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\n\nExperience in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated environments.\n\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nTechnical Competencies\niOS (Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) development\n\nMobile architectures including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection\n\nREST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud integration\n\nCI/CD pipelines, release automation, and DevOps practices\n\nAutomated testing across unit, integration, UI, and end-to-end levels\n\nMobile security, privacy, authentication, and secure coding practices\n\nAI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools\n\nAgile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)\n\nTravel Percentage:
