Knows and applies fundamental Engineering and Quality Management System concepts, practices and procedures.\nWhat you will do:\nEnsure quality of process and product as defined in appropriate OS and material specifications. \nParticipate in FMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and scale ups. \nDevelopment and implementation of appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \nProviding technical support on specific cell product and process issues. \nProvide training for manufacturing team members. \nCommunicate and participate in system and process troubleshooting with support team members and with external agents. \nSupport line performance monitoring and execution of structured planned activities to optimise overall equipment effectiveness. \nLead and participate cross functional and cross divisional process improvement initiatives. \nSupport validation for products and processes; VP, IQ, OQ, PQ and associated documentation. \nConduct Gauge R&R studies for products and new processes. \nCarry out structured problem solving. \nApplication and development of statistical tools for use in driving continuous improvement projects. \nSupport capital acquisition activity from specifying equipment, contract negotiation, installation and validation. \nAll other duties as assigned. \nWhat you will need:\nLevel 8 Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline or equivalent technical experience. \nHas 0- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. \nHigh level of PC Skills required. \nFlexibility essential. \nStrong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. \nSelf-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. \nThe individual should enjoy working in a dynamic and results motivated team environment. \nKnowledge in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing theories beneficial. \nAbility to effectively work cross-functionally\nIreland Pay Ranges:\n Ireland: €40,000 - €67,000 EUR Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
