In this role, you will apply your metrology expertise to support engineering, quality, operations, and supplier quality teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of advanced inspection technologies.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport metrology and engineering research activities, including the evaluation and implementation of new measurement and inspection technologies.\nConduct and analyze measurement system studies, inspection data, and gauge repeatability and reproducibility assessments to help optimize manufacturing processes.\nDevelop and improve metrology tools, methods, and processes that increase measurement capability and reduce inspection-related variation.\nProvide technical guidance to engineering, quality, operations, and supplier quality teams on measurement methods, inspection strategies, and measurement-related issues.\nCreate, validate, maintain, and troubleshoot coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection programs and related inspection software.\nSupport investigations related to complaints, nonconformances, and corrective actions through inspection, measurement analysis, and technical expertise.\nReview CAD models and engineering drawings, applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to support product development and manufacturing.\nMaintain metrology procedures, including measurement system analysis documentation, and support inspection and calibration activities for measurement equipment and custom gauges.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Metrology, Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience operating and programming coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and inspection software.\nExperience in metrology, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, inspection, or a related technical environment.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and applied statistical methods.\nExperience interpreting detailed mechanical drawings and applying GD&T principles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFormal GD&T training, certification, or qualification based on ASME Y14.5 or equivalent standards.\nExperience within a manufacturing, medical device, precision engineering, or regulated industry environment.\nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland, Skawina: 107.100 - 178.600 PLN gross annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
