myHR Representative

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

This is a hybrid role and is defined as the ability to go into the office as needed for meetings and trainings.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm EST

What you will do-

• Provide a high level of customer service via phone and the case management system through both verbal and written communication with employees and managers.
• Triage inquiries related to Workday system functionality, corporate policies, benefits and leave information, payroll and paycheck questions, recruiting, SLMS, and Total Rewards.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information, including HIPAA-related matters.
• Provide training to employees and managers on Workday functionality and HR processes.
• Determine the appropriate escalation path for complex customer issues to specialized teams or the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) for advanced support, and follow up as required.
• Assist employees and managers with navigation of the myHR portal and Workday system, including completing transactions.
• Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Understanding and interpreting general requests to provide accurate information and responses.
  • Recalling specific information from a variety of HR-related resources and materials.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, email, and other electronic communication channels.

What you need-

Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• This is a hybrid role (remote with occasional office days, must be located within driving distance to Portage, Michigan Stryker office)
• Experience using a case management or HRMS system and Workday applications

$21.58 - $29.20 USD Hourly
