At Stryker, you’ll experience unmatched energy, opportunity, and a shared commitment to making a difference-for our customers, for patients, and for our Stryker family\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the production team to achieve targets across quality, service, cost and people development.\nPlan and prioritise production to meet customer demand and maintain appropriate inventory levels.\nMonitor production output, KPIs, rework, scrap and quality standards, taking action where required.\nCoach, train and support team members to build skills and achieve their potential.\nProvide regular feedback and address performance issues fairly, respectfully and promptly.\nPromote positive employee relations, engagement and open communication across the team.\nWork with Training to develop training plans and support employee development.\nParticipate in the recruitment and selection of Production Operators.\nMaintain high standards of GMP, 6S, housekeeping, health and safety.\nLead and participate in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.\nSupport process improvements and ensure quality standards and procedures are followed.\nCommunicate team and business performance through regular meetings and daily engagement on the production floor.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.\nManage time and attendance, annual leave and overtime planning effectively.\nQualifications, Knowledge & Skills\nDegree or Masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering or similar Discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience\n4 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.\n2 years minimum Supervisor experience..\nDemonstrated leadership aptitude to work with people and set direction as part of a cross functional team.\nGood knowledge of GMP / FDA regulatory requirements, housekeeping, health and safety.\nGenuine interest in investing in people and facilitates individual and team engagement and development.\nAbility to coach, provide effective feedback and manage performance.\nIreland Pay Ranges:\n Ireland: €57,000 - €94,000 EUR Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
