Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track and manage inventory levels.\nQuality Control: Maintain high standards for product quality and accuracy in the staging and shipping processes. Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.\n Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound warehouse operations. Analyze performance data and implement improvements as needed.\nVendor and Carrier Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and carriers. Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.\nCustomer Service: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders. Address and resolve issues related to outbound warehouse operations including but not limited to shipping confirmations.\nWhat you need\nBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field\n8 years of logistics experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of people leadership\nCertifications in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Warehouse Manager, Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus.\n.\nUSN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
