The Process Engineer will support repair, upgrade, and service processes while collaborating across functions to ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport new product and process introductions by executing engineering activities and maintaining required documentation in accordance with established development procedures.\nLead process and procedure updates related to product launches, product integrations, process improvements, and audit readiness activities.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service operations, process efficiency, quality, and customer experience metrics.\nConduct process investigations, experimental testing, equipment analysis, and validation activities to support repair and upgrade operations.\nTrain service personnel on new processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulated industry requirements.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum 0 years of relevant engineering experience.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\nWorking knowledge of geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).\nPreferred:\nMinimum 1 year of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, service engineering, or a related field.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, products, and process design methodologies.\nExperience applying lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.\nExperience working in an FDA-regulated or similarly regulated industry.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n$69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
