operations.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead the development and delivery of Workday integration solutions connecting Workday with internal and third-party systems.\nManage multiple integration programs, tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and overall development progress.\nOversee integration testing activities, including code reviews, functional validation, and defect resolution.\nConfigure and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), APIs, XML, XSLT, and Workday Prism.\nCreate and support custom reports, calculated fields, and integration frameworks to meet business requirements.\nManage change requests and release processes, ensuring timely deployment and compliance with quality standards.\nCoordinate and review the work of external vendors and third-party development partners throughout the development lifecycle.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to resource planning, workload management, and global team initiatives.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 12 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or enterprise application development.\nMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development.\nExperience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Prism, XML, XSLT, and API integrations.\nExperience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and Workday integrations.\nExperience with Workday security configuration and business process configuration.\nExperience troubleshooting and resolving Workday technical and integration issues.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leading enterprise integration programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.\nExperience working in Agile software development and release management environments.\nAdditional Information\nWork arrangement: Hybrid or onsite based on business needs and location requirements.\nMay collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.\nLimited travel may be required based on project and business needs.\nRelocation support is subject to business requirements and local policy.\nTravel Percentage:
