This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years experience.\nThe Job's Mission\nThe Stryker Product Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures (including robotic surgery with Mako). This role will focus on servicing and supporting our clinical customers to strive for best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence.\nAdditional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support, ensuring Stryker delivers exceptional levels of service to our broad range of customers.\nLearn more about the Mako robot:\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-hSfOKrAZI\nhttps://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/joint-replacement/mako-robotic-arm-assisted-surgery.html\nLearn more about the Joint Replacement implants:\nhttps://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/joint-replacement.html\nKey Activities & Accountabilities\nServicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.\nProviding support for MAKO robotic procedures, and manual joint replacement surgeries.\nProviding theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products.\nWorking closely with team members within the defined region, and the Regional Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class. \nAuditing theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory and ensuring good asset management practice.\nUnderstanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to always offer customers the best possible solution.\nConducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required.\nImplementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.\nCommunicating essential features and benefits of products and their clinical application.\nAlways demonstrating outstanding ethics. Treating customers and other employees with respect and representing Stryker in the best possible light.\nBehaving with integrity and delivering on commitments within required timescales.\nObserving customer needs and liaising with sales colleagues to follow up on and introduce new or additional Stryker products and/or support.\nMaintaining a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.\nDeveloping an understanding of the local healthcare environment and regional strategy.\nAdditional responsibilities as directed by RSM (Regional Sales Manager).\nWhat you need\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field\nMinimum 3 years of experience working in healthcare\nNative or C2 level of Italian and advanced level of English (C1 minimum)\nStrong knowledge of the healthcare industry\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSales experience working with implants will be a plus\nExperience working in Operating rooms\nExperience working with tenders in regulated environments\nMBA or Masters\nRole details:\nTerritory: North Italy\n\nBased Location: preferably Padova or Verona\nType: Field\nTravel percentage: 80%\nPresence in OR: 50%\nWhat We Offer\nCompany Car.
