This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization where planning excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.\nWhat You Will Do\nPlan and coordinate production activities for medical devices in collaboration with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to support on-time delivery targets.\nMaintain accurate production, inventory, and material planning data within the ERP system to ensure planning integrity and execution accuracy.\nMonitor production schedules and work closely with manufacturing teams to achieve planned output and resolve execution issues impacting delivery performance.\nManage raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels to support uninterrupted production while maintaining optimal stock levels.\nTrack and report open and overdue orders, develop recovery plans, and support actions that reduce order backlog.\nLead production capacity planning activities in partnership with Production and Engineering functions to align resources with demand requirements.\nManage the allocation of production orders to customers based on demand forecasts and business priorities.\nMonitor and update the assignment of WIP production orders to customer demand prior to the PTS stage.\nCollaborate closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Production teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience using SAP ERP systems.\nExperience working with ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.\nProficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the medical device, healthcare manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry.\nExperience supporting capacity planning, inventory planning, and new product introduction processes.\nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland, Skawina: zł97.200 - zł161.900 PLN Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
