This position could either focus in SJO, Biologics, Augment, or Xerogel operations.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nIssues materials to manufacturing orders.\nPerforms packaging operations (blister, pouch, carton, shrink wrap).\nMakes labels.\nFills out routers correctly in Device History Record Management.\nPerforms all preventive maintenance on time.\nOperating miele washer and cleaning components.\nOperate digital scales.\nData entry - correctly entering required production data into systems for business purposes.\nPerform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleanings as required.\nParticipate in daily management activities.\nMaintains a dependable work schedule through regular attendance and punctuality. Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting work hours and working overtime when necessary to support organizational priorities and ensure successful completion of business objectives.\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\nHigh school or GED Preferred\n1 year manufacturing experience Preferred\nPhysical & Mental Requirements:\nMay involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as appropriate.\nMay be required to reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.\nRequires the use of safety glasses in designated areas.\nSafety (steel toe) shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.\nCoordination of eye, hand, and/or foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory,reading ability, and memory retention ability.\nRequires the operation of machinery as appropriate for performance of job. \nMay require other usage of PPE in designated areas. \nMust be willing and able to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends, when business needs require additional support.\n$22.10/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.\nTravel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
