Supporting our growing Breast Care portfolio, you’ll manage multiple projects, solve customer and product challenges, and help teams navigate technical and business trade-offs to keep critical products available and performing at their best. You’ll partner closely across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and other functions while building the relationships and project management expertise needed to drive decisions and deliver meaningful results.\nThis is hybrid-based position that would require you to be local to our Burnaby office.\nTo learn more about our Breast Care portfolio please click here: Breast Care | Stryker\nWhat You Will Do\nLead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of product updates, enhancements, and sustainment initiatives across the Breast Care portfolio.\nManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, developing and maintaining project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource needs.\nPartner closely with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, establish priorities, and drive alignment.\nIdentify and manage project risks, dependencies, constraints, and competing priorities while developing clear recommendations and paths forward.\nFacilitate timely decision-making by helping teams evaluate technical, customer, quality, compliance, cost, and business considerations.\nCoordinate product and design changes, testing, component replacements, and other initiatives that support product availability, continuity of supply, and the customer experience.\nApply sound business judgment to project decisions by considering risk, cost, benefit, resources, and potential business impact.\nMonitor project progress, communicate changes and status to stakeholders, and proactively address or escalate issues that could impact execution.\nEnsure projects are executed in accordance with applicable Design Controls, Quality System requirements, and internal procedures.\nCapture lessons learned and identify opportunities to strengthen project execution and cross-functional ways of working.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.\n4+ years of relevant experience in project management, product development, engineering, quality, operations, or a related technical environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.\nAbility to understand technical challenges and translate information into clear project priorities, recommendations, and actions.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build cross-functional relationships, solve problems, and drive teams toward decisions and execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading projects within the medical device, healthcare, or another regulated product environment.\nExperience supporting the development, commercialization, sustainment, or post-market lifecycle of technical products.\nWorking knowledge of Design Controls, Quality Systems, change control, or other regulated product-development processes.\nDemonstrated business acumen, including experience evaluating project trade-offs involving risk, cost, resources, customer needs, or business impact.\nExperience with project management and visualization tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Jira, or Power BI.\nPMP certification or other formal project management training.\n Canada, Burnaby: $86,700 -
