You’ll partner closely with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams to gather required information, coordinate product returns, support trending and audits, and reinforce complaint reporting expectations.\nWhat You Will Do:\nReview field service reports to determine whether additional investigation or complaint reporting is required.\nEnter, assign, and accurately code complaints for tracking and trending purposes.\nPartner with Field Service to gather missing information and ask appropriate screening questions.\nSupport complaint data collection, analysis, and trending activities.\nCoordinate product returns associated with complaints or investigations.\nAssist with internal audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.\nMaintain accurate records and tracking information related to complaints and service reports.\nCoach Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams on complaint reporting requirements and expectations.\nWhat You Need:\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2+ years of professional experience\nCompetency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)\nPreferred:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree\nExperience with Track Wise, SalesForce/ServiceMax\nKnowledge of medical device industry\n$24.82 - $33.58 USD Hourly\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
