This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to support the development of medical technologies that improve patient outcomes.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage designated laboratory areas, maintaining cleanliness, organization, safety standards, and audit readiness.\nCoordinate laboratory operations, including inventory management, and supply purchasing.\nPerform and coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and calibrations, ensuring timely completion.\nAssemble test fixtures, providing technical input on components, fabrication methods, and construction processes.\nUnder minimal supervision conduct development, experimental, and design verification testing in accordance with established protocols and procedures.\nAccurately document and communicate test results following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), collaborating with engineers and external laboratories as needed.\nWhat You Need:\nRequired:\nFluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate technical information clearly\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nAbility to lift/push/pull up to 25-40 lbs.\nAbility to interpret test protocols, technical manuals, and supplier agreements\nPreferred:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2-year Associate’s or Technical Degree in an engineering-related discipline \n2+ years of relevant technical experience \n$28.06 - $37.96 USD Hourly\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
