Sales Partner, Visualization & COMMs (Triveneto e Sardegna)

Join Stryker’s Surgical Technologies team and take ownership of a diverse territory spanning Triveneto and Sardegna. As Sales Partner, you will combine direct customer engagement with channel partner management, working closely with hospitals, clinical teams, and commercial partners to grow our Visualization and Communication portfolio and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What you will do

• Develop the business across Triveneto and Sardegna by creating new sales opportunities, protecting existing accounts, and executing local commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Manage and develop reseller partners, agents, and other indirect sales channels by providing commercial support, training, and guidance throughout the sales process.

• Build relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, technical services, procurement teams, and hospital administrators through regular customer visits and stakeholder mapping.

• Provide clinical and commercial support in operating room environments, including product demonstrations, surgical case support, workshops, and customer training.

• Execute local marketing and educational initiatives, including product launches, promotions, customer events, referral programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, budgets, market developments, and pending orders, providing structured reporting and recommendations to regional leadership.

• Coordinate product distribution, demonstration equipment, consignment stock, kits, inventory, and other commercial resources to optimise availability and utilisation.

• Partner with customer service, logistics, pricing, tender, marketing, and product teams to resolve customer needs, maintain agreed service levels, and support customer satisfaction.

What you will need

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role within the medical device industry.

• Previous professional experience working within an operating room environment.

• Previous experience working with hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, technical services, or procurement teams.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a medical, scientific, or technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional training.

• Italian language proficiency at native or C2 level.

• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience within minimally invasive surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, surgical visualization, or operating room technologies.

• English language proficiency above B2 level.

Additional Information

• Territory: Triveneto and Sardegna.

• Work arrangement: Field-based.

• Travel: Approximately 70%, including approximately 20% overnight travel.

• Operating room presence: Approximately 70% of working activity requires operating room presence.

Italy Pay Ranges:

• Italy: €39.300 - €65.500 EUR Annual
