In this leadership position, you will drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and customer outcomes.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead daily cleanroom and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.\nManage, develop, and coach production team members while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.\nPlan workforce availability and allocate resources to ensure uninterrupted production and packaging processes.\nMonitor and analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve performance objectives.\nOversee production documentation, in-process controls, and product quality activities to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements.\nInvestigate non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support root cause analysis activities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and validation activities.\nCoordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure effective training of operators and contract personnel.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality management within a regulated environment.\nMinimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising teams in a cleanroom, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environment.\nCommunicative proficiency in Polish and English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of statistical process control and manufacturing data analysis.\nProficiency in German or French.\nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland, Skawina: zł150.700 - zł251.200 PLN Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
