This role combines hands-on execution with strategic continuous improvement planning to support operational excellence.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and facilitate value stream mapping workshops and continuous improvement events to identify waste and improve operational performance.\nDevelop and implement future-state manufacturing processes that improve flow, efficiency, and resource utilization.\nAnalyze production performance and execute initiatives that improve productivity, throughput, and operational effectiveness.\nMonitor and improve key lean manufacturing metrics, including lead time, changeover time, inventory levels, and process flow.\nDesign and optimize material and product flow systems between manufacturing work cells.\nPartner with Finance to quantify, track, and validate cost savings generated through continuous improvement projects.\nInvestigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nDeliver lean manufacturing training, mentor employees on continuous improvement principles, and support adoption of standardized processes.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operations, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of experience leading or supporting process improvement, productivity, or operational excellence initiatives.\nExperience using lean manufacturing tools and methodologies in a manufacturing environment.\nPreferred:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering.\nLean Manufacturing Certification.\nExperience working in a highly regulated industry, such as medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or similar.\nExperience leading value stream mapping, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n$89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
