(requirements/design/architecture/bugs/test) • Be proficient with and mentor others in usage of industry standards, including design requirements and test strategies per applicable regulations • Follow and mentor others on post market/sustainment procedures like design controls and risk management, per the Quality Management System\nSupport post-market / sustaining engineering activities, including investigation and resolution of product issues in the field and manufacturing • Drive design changes and continuous improvement efforts for released products (e.g., CAPAs, nonconformances, reliability issues) • Act as a technical SME for production line escalations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation\nWhat You Will Need:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline\n2+ years of experience developing software for embedded systems using C, C++, and/or Python.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledgeable with integrated development environments (IDE) for projects\nKnowledgeable with tools for static/dynamic analysis, memory management, code coverage and techniques for analyzing software\nKnowledge in integration and deployment processes\nSoftware Development Life Cycle processes\nKnowledge in creating estimates for code implementation time/resource for assigned tasks and projects\nKnowledge from using Application Lifecycle Management /Traceability tools\n$89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
