Your work will directly impact quality, efficiency, and performance, shaping the way we create next-generation solutions.\nWhat will You do:\nSupport the design and implementation of new processes and technologies, from initial concept to production handover, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures.\nConduct vendor assessments to select the best partners and technologies. \nDevelop comprehensive URS (User Requirements Specifications) in collaboration with stakeholders. \nParticipate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches. \nApply structured problem-solving to continuously improve process performance. \nLead machine qualifications and all related validation activities. \nCoordinate the creation of all essential work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation including pFMEA, control plans, SPC, and MSA studies. \nDrive process validation and documentation with precision and compliance. \nTrain and mentor engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a process development mindset across the team. \nWhat do You need:\nProven experience implementing new processes, technologies, and production automation. \nMaster’s degree in mechanical, industrial engineering, or similar. \nDeveloper mindset: always looking for ways to improve processes. \nExpertise in automation of grinding, polishing, and forming processes is a plus. \nStrong knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE and other analytical tools. \nHands-on experience with vision systems and robot programming. \nVery good English communication skills. \nNice to Have:\nExperience in MedTech, pharma, food, or other regulated GMP environments. \nFamiliarity with NC/CAPA initiatives and engineering change processes. \nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland, Skawina: 107.100 - 178.600 PLN gross annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
