What you will do-

As a Senior Engineer, Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving value streams.You will design lean systems, influence cross-functional teams, and execute improvement initiatives to continuously drive top performance from our production system.This is an onsite position at Stryker PV inIrvine,CA.
Additionalresponsibilities:
Lead value stream mapping workshops and kaizen events
Oversee future state implementation
Monitor & improve lean metrics (lead time, changeover time, inventory levels, etc.)
Evaluate / design and implement process and process flow improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, while maintainingor improving product quality
Partner with Finance associates to quantify CI cost reductions
Personally execute improvements
Coach others in Lean concepts
Work closely and collaboratively with members of other teams in a fast-paced environment
Identifyroot causes of issues, determinepotential solutions, and evaluate them against requirements
Follow the company’s standards for process development, qualityand safety
Support New Product Introduction and/or Legacy product Ramp-Up plans.
Contribute to infrastructure configuration to ensure optimalefficiencies
What you need-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required
2+ years of relevant work experience required
Experience working in Medical Device or a highly regulated industry required
Certification in Lean manufacturing - preferred
Ability to identifywaste, formulate action plans and drive improvement -preferred
Shingijutsumethodologyexperience or similar - highly preferred
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
