# Senior Implementation Engineer (Remote)

Work Flexibility: RemoteAs an Implementation Engineer, you’ll bring Vocera solutions to life for K-12 and commercial customers by partnering with them to plan, configure, integrate, test, and successfully deploy communication technology. You’ll work across networking, servers, software, and system integrations while troubleshooting technical challenges and guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a collaborative, customer-facing environment where no two implementations are exactly alike. What You Will Do Lead the planning, configuration, deployment, testing, and validation of Vocera voice, messaging, and analytics solutions for K-12 and commercial customers. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Vocera software across Windows Server, Linux, physical, and virtualized environments.
